This visually based narrative genre is a famous art work named, Creation of Adam. The purpose of this piece was to depict the relation that God had with Adam when he was created. As you can see, God and Adam both reach out their arms for each other which in a way shows a relationship that they may have. This art work would appeal to an older conservative Christian audience. The Creation of Adam is one of the most famous art pieces in the world, located in the Sistine Chapel. As a result, the audience who views this piece is generally those who appreciate art and its history. The piece represents the rhetorical appeal of ethos as it clearly depicts Adam naked which was how he was said to be in the Bible, "Naked and unashamed". Logically viewing this peice there are two characters. One, a naked man lying on the ground with his arm extended out, and then the other character, God, who is floating in the air carried by angels. Emotionally it emphasizes people's relationship with God. The fact that their fingers never touch relates to how people pray to God but are never able to see him. The style and design of this piece shows that is was painted by hand with an acryllic or some sort of mid-evil paste. The cracks in the painting show that this art was painted some years ago and with time it has started to wither. This would be very easily adaptable into another form such as a podcast. By that I mean that a narrarator could give a personal perspective on the piece along with historical facts that relate to a better understanding of the art and its origin.
